I live with a foot in both worlds — shamanic depth and corporate command. It’s been described as a rare mix, and it’s exactly what makes this work land where others don’t.

I’ve been doing this work for over three decades — predominantly with women — and working on myself for longer. I am a continual work in progress and always will be. That’s not a disclaimer — it’s the point. The work I ask of others, I do myself. The thresholds I invite people to cross, I’ve crossed. The discomfort of growth is not something I teach from a distance. I know it from the inside.

I say courageous, because that’s what it takes.
